Overit Greece is operated by Verde Holding (contact: info@verdeholding.hu). You can reach us at this address with any privacy-related request.

What we process

• Early-access list: your email address and, optionally, your company name and intended use case, as submitted in the signup form.
• Analytics: the website uses Google Analytics for anonymous traffic measurement (pages visited, device type). This data is not linked to your email address.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your email solely to notify you about the launch and updates of Overit Greece. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox in the form. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Early-access data is kept until you withdraw consent, and at most 3 years after signup or until the Overit Greece project is discontinued.

Your rights

• access to your data and a copy of it,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
• withdrawal of consent at any time — just email info@verdeholding.hu
• lodging a complaint with the Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (dpa.gr)

Company data

Company information shown in search results comes from public registers — the Γενικό Εμπορικό Μητρώο (ΓΕΜΗ), the filed ετήσιες οικονομικές καταστάσεις, VIES — and is processed in line with their public-sector information re-use terms.
